Character & lifestyle
A quiet, low-rise residential neighbourhood in eastern Deira, close to the Dubai-Sharjah border and Dubai International Airport. It is divided into three sub-communities and is mainly villa-based, with a few low-rise apartment buildings. It is an established, family-focused area with direct road access to both Dubai and Sharjah.
Oud Al Muteena Park and smaller play areas are the main green space. Daily shopping is at nearby Al Saqa Plaza, Mango Hypermarket and Mubarak Al Madina Supermarket; City Centre Mirdif and Dubai Festival City are short drives. Several mosques and churches are nearby. No KHDA-registered school is located inside the community; nearest schools are in Muhaisnah and Al Qusais.
Property mix
Mostly 3 to 7 bedroom villas, some with private gardens and servant quarters, plus a limited number of low-rise apartments. a Dubai property portal shows zero current sale or rent listings, so live inventory is extremely thin.
