If you are looking for a home
Message Eric on WhatsApp. You do not need an account, a form, or a card, and there is nothing to sign up for. Tell him what matters to you in your own words, or send a voice note if that is easier: your budget, where you need to get to on a weekday morning, how you want to live, and the things you will not compromise on. He asks the questions a portal cannot, searches real Dubai listings against what you told him, and comes back with a handful of homes and the reason each one fits. When you are ready to see one, he introduces you to a broker with your brief already shared, so you never start over.
Eric is free for buyers, always. He remembers what matters to you between conversations, so you can put the search down for a month and pick it up where you left it.

Eric hands brokers warm leads: the full buyer brief, the preferences he has learned across every conversation, and the reasons a buyer passed on everything else. There is no upfront cost to a pilot. The fastest route in is the partner form on the partner form, which reaches us directly. Press and partnerships
Email dev@eightyeight.ai. We are a small team, so replies come from a person rather than a press office, and usually within a few working days. If you need the brand mark or a description of what Eric does, everything we publish about ourselves is on the about page.
Privacy and your data
To see what Eric holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email dev@eightyeight.ai from the number or address you used, or simply tell Eric in the chat. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it. That page is the governing document; this one only tells you where to send the request.
