A master-planned residential community by Emaar within Emirates Living, sitting next to The Greens and facing the Emirates Golf Club. It features low- to mid-rise apartment towers with golf, lake and canal views, plus a small number of villas in Golf Villas and Canal Villas. The atmosphere is family-friendly and calmer than Dubai Marina/JLT.
Emirates Golf Club, community pools, parks, children's play areas, jogging tracks, landscaped walkways, lake and canal views. The Greens and The Springs Souk are a short drive for everyday retail and dining. Schools, clinics and supermarkets are within a short drive.
