A 110-hectare financial free zone between Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and operating under an independent English common law framework. It is a mixed-use business district with high-rise residential towers, offices, art galleries, restaurants, hotels and a dedicated Metro station. Residential supply is concentrated in roughly 14 active towers.
Gate Avenue retail and dining, DIFC art galleries and seasonal art nights, a cluster of Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants, boutique hotels and proximity to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Paid parking and limited green space.
Property mix
High-rise apartments, mostly studios to 3-bedroom, plus penthouses, duplexes and hotel apartments. No villas or townhouses.
