Character & lifestyle

Al Jafiliya is an established, low-rise residential district in central Dubai, just west of Sheikh Zayed Road and alongside Zabeel Park. It mixes apartment blocks, villa compounds and a scattering of government offices and consulates on tree-lined streets, giving it a quieter, older-Dubai feel than Downtown or Business Bay. The neighbourhood is anchored by 2nd December Street and Al Diyafah Street, both known for affordable cafes and restaurants, and is within walking distance of Zabeel Park and the Dubai Frame.

Zabeel Park and the Dubai Frame are the nearest large attractions. Al Hanaa Shopping Centre, Al Diyafah Street and 2nd December Street provide everyday dining and retail. BurJuman Centre, Al Karama and City Walk are short drives away. The area has no beach and no large mall inside its boundaries.

Property mix

Low- to mid-rise apartment buildings and villa compounds. Studio to 3-bedroom apartments are common, and there are gated villa compounds such as Al Jafiliya Villas. A few commercial and government buildings sit on the main roads.
