He is free to use, for buyers, always: no account, no card, no contract.

## Who is behind Eric

Eric is operated by Eighty Eight AI Ltd ("88"). We work with a licensed Dubai brokerage, so when you are ready to view a home, Eric introduces you to a real, regulated broker who can take your search forward, not an anonymous inbox.

## What Eric will never do

- Pass your number to a dozen agents. When you ask to speak to someone, Eric introduces you to one broker, not a stampede.
- Spam you with listings that do not fit your brief.
- Pressure you to act now, or invent urgency that is not there.

You are always talking to one insider, not a marketplace.

Eric only messages from the official askEric WhatsApp number, and that number is only published on askeric.io. If you are contacted from a different number claiming to be Eric, or asked for payment, passport details or bank information over chat, it is not him.
